Thank you! I love Peale and "Positive Thinking" is pretty awesome as well. There are a lot of prompts and self-adjustments, that's why it's been taking me so long to get through. A review will (should) come in February.

Juju, I'm working up to being a no processed foods vegan. For life. My lactose intolerance is a fickle fickle thing -- some things I'm OK with and others... no. Is it the same for you?
